The Heart Behind MissFit
My journey with MissFit started in 2020 during my own infertility journey. What began as a way to stay grounded and take care of myself during a really difficult season quickly turned into something much bigger. Turns out, lifting weights and moving your body is a lot more productive than stress-Googling symptoms at 2 a.m.
Like so many women, I realized that motherhood doesn’t always follow the timeline—or the plan—we imagine for ourselves. And while that season challenged me in ways I never expected, it also pushed me to prioritize my health, rebuild my confidence, and create routines that made me feel strong again mentally and physically.
Somewhere along the way, MissFit was born.
What started as a personal outlet became a passion for helping other women feel strong, capable, and supported through every stage of life—whether that’s navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or simply trying to feel like yourself again after years of putting everyone else first.
MissFit is built for real life. The messy schedules, the low-energy days, the starting-over moments, and the women who are doing their best while juggling all of it. My goal is to create programs that are realistic, empowering, and sustainable—without the pressure to be perfect.
As part of that mission, a portion of proceeds from all pregnancy and postpartum programs are donated toward IVF grants and fertility research to help support women and families walking a path that can sometimes feel incredibly lonely.
At the end of the day, MissFit is about more than workouts. It’s about building strength, confidence, resilience, and a community of women who remind each other: you’re stronger than you think..
